CSU Cauldron : Should the Multitasking Generation Be Texting While Driving?

The local government in Cleveland is considering a ban on texting while driving. If the texting ban goes through, Cleveland will not be the first place to instate the ban.

Arkansas and Utah will be joining in on the ban later this year as their legislation comes into effect.
